Wine Cellar
Coentro wine cellar is a direct reflection of our commitment to the land. It is composed almost entirely of wines from Lanzarote and the Canary Islands, selected for their authenticity and their ability to express the volcanic character of the archipelago.
We give special prominence to Malvasía Volcánica, an emblematic variety of the island, appreciated for its elegance, freshness and marked minerality.
A significant portion of our selection comes from La Geria, a unique wine-growing landscape where vines grow in pits dug into volcanic ash and protected from the wind by stone walls. The extreme harshness of these conditions, combined with manual labor and minimal mechanization, has led to these wines being known as heroic wines, authentic expressions of effort, tradition, and respect for the land.
